FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

1. What do you need from me to start a project?

To get started, we need your project details. This typically includes architectural plans (floor plans, elevations in CAD or PDF format), a furniture layout, and references for materials, colors, and lighting (mood boards). If you only have hand-drawn sketches, we can work with those too!

2. How long does it take to create a 3D visualization?

The timeline depends on the complexity of the project. However, we work quickly and efficiently — you can expect the first draft (initial render) within just 48 hours. After your feedback, we proceed to add final details and textures.

3. How many revisions are included in the price?

We want you to be completely satisfied with the final result. That’s why our standard pricing includes two rounds of revisions. The first round is for adjusting geometry and camera angles based on the draft render. The second round is for fine-tuning materials, lighting, and colors.

4. What is the cost of a 3D rendering?

Pricing depends on the scope of work, the level of detail required, and the number of views (angles) you need. Since every architectural project is unique, we provide custom quotes. Please send us your project files, and we will give you an accurate estimate on the same day.

5. What software do you use for your 3D renders?

We use industry-leading software to ensure the highest photorealistic quality. Our main tools include ArchiCAD, Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp, Corona Renderer, and V-Ray.

6. Do you work with international clients?

Yes, absolutely! All our processes are optimized for remote work. We successfully collaborate with architects, designers, and real estate developers from the USA, the UK, Germany, Poland, and worldwide.
