There is a new plan for the development of the area of the former “Fumis-Bumar” plant. The FAAR architects studio, which dealt with the new design of the area between Piłsudskiego, Legionów and Fabryczna Streets, presented a visualization of the building with an area of 37,000 m2 online.
The new project under the name Nowa Druciarnia with its new name strongly refers to the interesting, industrial history of this place. One of the main ideas shaping the new buildings is to create a new spatial quality close to heavily degraded buildings and in close proximity to the railway and bus stations. Know more

Not some new decade fad for façade tiling. These tiles are cheaper, but it will pay off.
