How to Create a Professional 3D Interior Visualization: A Step-by-Step Guide from VIZprofi Studio

Step 1. Briefing and Material Procurement
We begin by defining the project scope:

Style and atmosphere preferences

The more precisely the requirements are defined, the faster and more accurate the result.
In this phase, we agree on the style (loft, minimalism, modern, Scandinavian, Japanese, etc.), the color scheme, the materials, and the lighting.

Step 2. 3D Modeling of the Space
Using 3ds Max, ArchiCAD, or SketchUp, we create the exact geometry of the space.
In this phase:
A room model is created.
Furniture and decorations are added.
Cameras are positioned for later perspectives.
The model must be technically accurate to avoid later distortions and unnecessary post-processing.
The result of this phase: a clean 3D scene with correct geometry.
Step 3: Materials, Textures, and Lighting
This is where the room begins to come to life.
We set up:
Textures for wood, concrete, fabrics, metal, and stone.
Physically accurate material properties (gloss, reflections, roughness).
Natural and artificial lighting.
To create the atmosphere, we work with:
HDRI lighting.
Light accents.
Color temperature.
This phase requires artistic flair and attention to detail—light determines the quality of the visualization.
Step 4: Rendering and Post-Processing
After the scene is approved, we perform the final rendering using Corona Renderer or V-Ray.
This is a computationally intensive process, so rendering time may vary.
Post-processing then takes place:

Creating atmosphere (depth, light noise, reflections)
